Terms of use

Who the network is for
Junior Content Network is a professional network. Membership is for people and organisations that work in children's and young-audience content. We may decline or remove a profile that does not fit.
Your content and your rights
You keep ownership of everything you list. By listing, you confirm you have the right to show it and to offer the rights you describe. You are responsible for keeping rights information accurate and current.
Deals happen between members
Junior Content Network introduces members to each other. Any agreement is between those members. We do not guarantee any deal, buyer, seller or outcome, and we are not a party to contracts between members.
Conduct
Be accurate, be professional and respect other people's rights. Do not post misleading information, infringe intellectual property, harass other members or misuse the network to contact members with unrelated offers.
Children's safety
Junior Content Network does not host content for children to view. Members who work with children's content are expected to follow applicable child-protection and advertising-to-children rules.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from use of the site or from dealings between members. [Lawyer to confirm wording.]
Governing law and contact
[Governing law, company name and registered address to be added.] We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
