What we collect
When you register interest, apply as an affiliate, subscribe to the newsletter or send a message, we collect the details you type into the form, such as your name, company, role, country, website and email address.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, to review membership and affiliate requests, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to understand who the network serves. We do not sell personal information.
Who sees it
Our team and the service providers that host the site and handle forms and email on our behalf [list providers once chosen]. Members' public profiles, once created, are visible to other members as you choose.
Cookies and third parties
The site does not set advertising cookies. Web fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell people from automated bots. reCAPTCHA reads signals such as your IP address and how you use the page, and Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. We also keep a short-lived, anonymised record of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. [Update this section if analytics are added.]
Keeping and deleting data
